Bobcats vs. Mavs!

Our neighbor, Steve, knocked on the door at 6:15 PM tonight and asked if we wanted 4 free tickets to the Bobcats vs. Mavs game! These weren’t nosebleed seats. We had a table, TV, reclining seats and our own personal waiter. Sweet.

Here are the free ultimate nachos that they gave us! :)

Just a walk across the street

Last night Mike, my associate pastor walked across the street from our church.  Man, what a great experience.  We took fliers that Mike made up inviting people to our church and telling them about the new series “FAMILY 911.”  Not one person was like us but we had a blast.  Everyone was friendly and one lady said she was going to wake up her entire complex.  I have no idea how many people will show up  but we talked to over 100 people in less than an hour.  Bill Hybels says you’ve got to walk across the room.

Well, last night we walked across the street.  We will leave the rest up to the Holy Spirit.
