God met our needs…again

Published by Kevin Bussey at 2:00 pm under blessings, life

I never cease to be amazed at how God cares more about our needs than I do.  He always is “on time” just not “my timing.”  I’ve been writing about how I am going to work for Corporate Chaplains of America as an Area Director in my home state of Alabama (Birmingham will be our home).  I was required to raise $10K by…well today.

I went into the weekend only a little short thanks to the generosity of lots of friends and family.  We are grateful for how God provides.  Then this morning I got a call from the chairman of the missions committee at my former church in Atlanta (where I was the missions pastor and other positions).  He told me the good news that they were going to support us and it put us over the top!  Cass and I are so thankful and grateful for God’s provision.  I shouldn’t be surprised but God does amaze me every day.

Thank for all of your prayers and support.  Now God needs to sell our house. :)

From time to time, God signs His name in big, bold letters, doesn’t He?

I do believe this is confirmation in big bold letters. Now for the selling of the house. One request down…one to go.

Reminds me of one of my very favorite songs from the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir:

He keeps on making a way,
    Over and over again!
    He’s always bringing me out..
    Over and over again!
    Lord, you’ve done so much
    All to YOU I owe!
I will ever sing Your praise,
    Glory to Your name,
He keeps on making a way for me!
