Atheist Game Asks Players To Kill Prophets

A University of Virginia graduate student is hard at work on a game that gives players a chance to “stop the spread of Christianity and Islam by murdering Abraham and the authors of the Bible, before beheading Muhammad,” reports Virginia’s WSLS television news.

What is in the water at the University of Virginia? Remember the editorial in the school paper that mocked Jesus? Sounds like a good place to start a new church.

It’s been my observation over the years that people who make a big deal out of being “open-minded”…are often close-minded. These folks want others to be tolerant of THEIR views, but I don’t see them extending people of faith the same courtesy.

David has some good insight here. I lived in Virginia for a number of years and found what he said to be true. In Northern Virginia, in particular, I often faced people who wanted everyone ELSE to be open-minded, just don’t dare challenge THEM to be open minded.
